Stainless Steel, Bourdon Tube, Glycerine Filled Pressure GaugeThe Tecsis P1453 & P1454 pressure gauges have incorporated the time proven system technology of glycerine filled pressure gauges and stainless steel casing with a modern design. These instruments fulfill the safety requirements of EN 837-1/S2.
The glycerine filling of the case protects the measuring system against wear and tear by pulsating pressures and mechanical vibration; at the same time it provides lubrification of the moving parts. These glycerine pressure gauges are suitable for gaseous and liquid media that do not corrode copper alloys.
The P1453's panel mounting bracket offers a possibility of quick modification.

The Tecsis P2032 & P2033 stainless steel pressure gauges are ideal for the harsh conditions and the resulting high demands on pressure measurement in production facilities in chemical industry and other comparable branches. Offering resistance to aggressive media by using high-grade material such as stainless steel both for the measuring system and the case.
Wear protection is provided with glycerine filling for the measuring-system through damping, should pulsating pressures and mechanical vibrations occur. The measuring system is of accuracy class 1.6 has overload protection amounting to 1.3 times the max. rating and can be loaded up to the full scale value.
Pressure gauges with glycerine filling are equipped with a compensation diaphragm. This diaphragm avoids a pressure rise in the case that is due to the temperature bound volume expansion of the liquid filling, thus avoiding indicated errors.
Various mounting options can be supplied as required for special installation conditions.

The glycerine filling ensures smooth pointer movement and thus good readability even in extreme load and strong vibration conditions. The lubricating effect of the glycerine also provides protection against increased wear.
The modern modular construction system with an o-ring sealing system, tried and tested for many years, ensures a high level of functional safety and a long service life with it's case components being composed of stainless steel.

The Tecsis P2113 pressure gauge is ideal for the hard conditions and the high demands on pressure measurement in production facilities in chemical industry and other comparable branches the all stainless steel pressure gauges are the perfect fit. The stainless steel and other high-grade materials used for the measuring system and the casing mean that the P2113 is able to achieve resistance to aggressive media and environments.
To prevent wear based on pulsating pressures and mechanical vibrations, the housings are glycerine filled and thereby damped. The measuring system is of accuracy class 1.0, has overrange protection amounting to 1.3 times the max. rating and can be loaded up to the full scale value.
The safety execution of the pressure gauges comprises a burstproof solid front between dial and Bourdon tube, a laminated safety glass as well as a blow-out back (according to EN 837-1/S3 ).
